I have been intending to THANK you BOTH for a fantastic car buying experience. I purchased a modestly priced used BMW two weeks ago at your dealership. I am thrilled with the vehicle to date. I have to admit, I have been in many high end automobile dealerships in the past and have not been very pleased with the experience. As we were turning into the dealership I actually mentioned to my wife, Kara, that based on past experience, we were in for another disappointing venture. I could not have been more in the wrong. From the first moment Frank greeted us in his very dapper suit and a generous smile(on an extremely warm day) we felt very comfortable. Joe backed up this feeling once we were introduced and facilitated a very smooth and agreeable transaction. The treatment we received could not have been any better. On top of it all, we arrived home a couple of days later to find a gorgeous bouquet had been delivered by the dealership.
